At the core of the ARES HD is .125" Kydex — significantly thicker than the material commonly used for everyday-carry holsters. The heavier material creates an exceptionally rigid holster body designed to withstand demanding use while maintaining its shape and providing consistent firearm retention.

Each ARES HD is precision-formed for the selected firearm configuration, providing a secure fit, consistent draw, and dependable passive Level I retention.

Unlike the NOMAD, which is designed around lightweight everyday carry, the ARES HD is purpose-built around tactical belt use.
