Agency Pricing & Volume Purchases

Agency and volume pricing may be available depending on the products requested, quantities, configurations, and overall scope of the order.

Because many FCT products are manufactured or configured specifically for the intended application, agency pricing is evaluated based on the individual request rather than through a single universal discount structure.

This allows us to provide pricing appropriate to the actual requirements of the department while maintaining the manufacturing and quality standards expected of FCT equipment.

Production & Lead Times

Agency orders are scheduled according to product availability, order quantity, configuration requirements, material availability, and current production volume.

Estimated production lead times will be provided or discussed during the quotation process when applicable.

Production lead times do not include carrier transit time after an order has shipped.

If your department is working toward a specific deadline—such as an academy graduation, equipment transition, new-hire date, specialized-unit deployment, fiscal-year deadline, or scheduled equipment rollout—please identify that date when submitting your request.

While requested delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed, providing this information early allows us to evaluate production requirements before an order is accepted.
