At First Capital Tactical, we take pride in preparing every order with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing and Lead Times

Our standard fulfillment lead time is 7–10 days before shipment. Many of our products are made to order, and processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and customization.

Please check our Current Lead Times page for the latest fulfillment estimate before ordering.

Fulfillment time and shipping time are separate. The delivery estimate shown at checkout reflects transit time after your order ships; it does not include the time needed to make and prepare your order.

If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact support@firstcapitaltactical.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your shipment appears delayed or missing, please contact support@firstcapitaltactical.com with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, check nearby delivery locations and with household members or neighbors, then contact us for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and email us photos of the packaging and damaged items, along with your order number, so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
